Hello and happy Friday everyone! Imagine my delight to learn that Paint Party Friday (PPF) is 3-years old today. How fun is that! I haven't been participating long, but have found it to be a wonderful community of creatives who are all very encouraging and supportive.
I have been taking a children's book illustration course with the full intention of completing a children's book, this year. What I've learned as a result of this class is that book illustration may not be for me. The funny this is, I'm okay with that. It is a wonderful and beautiful process and I really love children's book. Who knows, I may even still write one someday, when I feel I have the proper amount of time to devote to it.

I absolutely love her! She's another piece I've added to my scrapbook journal. If you can read my handwriting above, I wrote about what I used to create this piece.
So my lesson for the week is to do what you love, unapologetically!
And always remember to keep creating. :)
Oh yes, and you can also watch the next Passion-Driven Entrepreneurship interview here. I had lots of fun interviewing my friend, graphic and website designer, Colin Jeffers.
